目的 建立痛舒片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法.方法 高效液相色谱法.ShimpackC18色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(24∶ 76);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;柱温:30℃;检测波长:203 nm.结果 人参皂苷Rg1 1.27～7.62 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8;人参皂苷Rg1平均回收率为97.68%,RSD为0.90%(n=5).结论 本方法简单,结果准确,重现性好,可用于痛舒片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定.

Aim To explore a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in tongshu tablets.Methods A Shimpack C18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphate solution(24∶ 76).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and the detection was set at 203 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.Results The linear range of the ginsenoside Rg1 was between 1.27 and 7.62 μg (r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 97.68%,and RSD was 0.90%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and repeatible.It can be used for analysis of ginsenoside Rg1.
