通过时双硫腙目视比色法测定四乙基铅的方法进行改进,利用四乙基铅标制作工作曲线,用浓硝酸取代溴-硝酸进行消解,使有机铅变成无机铅后,用石墨炉原子吸收方法定量测定.此方法操作简单、节省试剂,对测定环境水样中四乙基铅的灵敏度、准确度都有很大提高.该方法的最低检出浓度为0.02μg/L,测量范围为0.1~80μg/L,回收率88%~101%.
通過時雙硫腙目視比色法測定四乙基鉛的方法進行改進,利用四乙基鉛標製作工作麯線,用濃硝痠取代溴-硝痠進行消解,使有機鉛變成無機鉛後,用石墨爐原子吸收方法定量測定.此方法操作簡單、節省試劑,對測定環境水樣中四乙基鉛的靈敏度、準確度都有很大提高.該方法的最低檢齣濃度為0.02μg/L,測量範圍為0.1~80μg/L,迴收率88%~101%.

In this paper, Visual dithizone cdofimetric assay method of tetraethyl lead has been improved. The working curve was produced with the tetraethyl lead standard solution. Organic lead was translated into inorganic lead by using G. R nitric acid to digest instead of bromine nitric acid .The concentration of inorganic lead was quantitatively determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption method. This method which improved the sensitivity and the accuracy greatly in environmental sample was simple to execute. The minimum detection concentration was 0.02 μg/L, measuring range was 0.1~80μg/L and the recoveries were 88%~101%.
