用两种双曲(SQ)型金属丝网波纹填料在内径为500mm,填料高度为1m的有机玻璃塔内进行冷膜实验.通过研究SQ型填料的流体力学和传质性能可知,此填料特殊的弧形波纹结构改善了气液分布.实验结果显示SQ型填料的传质性能要优于传统填料CY-700,当L=25.48 m~3/(m~2·h)时,SQ-700的HETP值比CY-700相对降低44.5%.对于同种SQ型填料,其压降,泛点和等板高度符合一般填料的变化规律,而SQ.800的比表面积大于SQ-700,故而传质效率高,能耗高,可操作范围小.

A cold pilot model was constructed using a 0.5 m-diameter plexiglass column that was packed with a 1.0 m-height SO type packing.The structure,hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance of the new packing were investigated,and the results showed that a special arc-shaped corrugation of SQ type packing afforded improved gas and liquid distribution.The expected efficiency advantage was demonstrated by comparison with the traditional packing CY-700;when L=25.48 m~3/(m~2·h),the height equivalent to theoretical plate(HETP) of SQ-700 was 44.5%lower than that for CY-700.The pressure drop,flooding gas velocity and HETP values for the series of SQ type packings show the same trend as other structured packings.Although the efficiency of SQ-800-with a larger specific surface area than SQ-700-shows a significant increase compared with SQ-700,this occurs at the cost of high energy consumption and narrow operational range.
