马里兰烟对晾制温湿度环境条件要求较苛刻,不适宜的环境条件易造成含青烟或霉烂烟,严重影响烟叶质量.因此,对马里兰烟调制设施和晾制技术进行了研究.结果表明,顶棚温湿度调节晾房较水泥瓦等上盖标准晾房日间温度高1~2℃,晾房内相对湿度低5%~10%,且保温保湿时间较长,有利于马里兰烟凋萎变色,烟叶晾制质量较好;其结合两段式干筋棚分片上绳晾制技术效果更佳,可以有效减少烟叶含青和霉烂现象,提高上中等烟比例10%左右.
馬裏蘭煙對晾製溫濕度環境條件要求較苛刻,不適宜的環境條件易造成含青煙或黴爛煙,嚴重影響煙葉質量.因此,對馬裏蘭煙調製設施和晾製技術進行瞭研究.結果錶明,頂棚溫濕度調節晾房較水泥瓦等上蓋標準晾房日間溫度高1~2℃,晾房內相對濕度低5%~10%,且保溫保濕時間較長,有利于馬裏蘭煙凋萎變色,煙葉晾製質量較好;其結閤兩段式榦觔棚分片上繩晾製技術效果更佳,可以有效減少煙葉含青和黴爛現象,提高上中等煙比例10%左右.

The preparation installation and air-cured technique of Maryland tobacco were studied to improve its tobacco quality by reducing green tobacco leaves and mildew or rut tobacco leaves under the unsuitable environment condition. The results showed that the average diurnal temperature of the top shed with keeping temperature and humidity function was 1~2℃ higher than the standard air-cured room and its relative humidity was 5%~10% lower than the standard air-cured room. The top shed with keeping temperature and humidity function has the advantage of keeping temperature and humidity for long time, which is beneficial to wilt and color change of Maryland tobacco for its good air-cured quality. The top shed with keeping temperature and humidity function combined with the two-step drying veins technique with the best air-cured effect for Maryland tobacco can raise 10% proportion of the first and middle grade Maryland tobacco by reducing green tobacco leaves and mildew or rut tobacco leaves.
