按80 mg/L、160 mg/L和320 mg/L的头孢拉定及1 mg/kg氧氟沙星分别给大肠杆菌病患鸡内服,头孢拉定组鸡全天自由饮水,氧氟沙星组鸡每日分2次饮水,共计3 d.结果表明,该4个组别的药物对鸡大肠杆菌病的治愈率分别为93.3%、96.7%、100%和93.3%,而感染对照组鸡的死亡率为70.0%.头孢拉定组和氧氟沙星组鸡的增重效果极显著高于感染对照组鸡(P<0.01).

The therapeutic trials of cefradine(80,160 and 320 mg/L) and ofloxacin (1 mg/kg) against experimentally induced colibacillosis were carried out in chicks following oral administration for 3 successive days with cefradine by free drinking and ofloxacin by drinking twice daily. Following treatment with cefradine (80,160 and 320 mg/L) and ofloxacin (1 mg/kg) against colobacillosis for 3 days,the curative rates of the drugs for E. coli-infected chicks were 93.3%,96.7%,100% and 93.3%,respectively. However, the mortality of chicks in the E. coli-infected and untreated group was 70.0%. There were significantly different on weight gains between the groups given cefradine,ofloxacin and the infected and untreated groups(P<0.01). These data indicated that the cure efficacy to colibacillosis in three groups treated with different dose CEF was better.
