目的 观察六味银杏胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织ET、CGRP、海马Bax和海马SS表达的影响,探讨六味银杏胶囊治疗血管性痴呆的作用机制.方法 通过反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉(CCA)结合腹腔注射硝普钠制备血管性痴呆大鼠模型,治疗后,测定大鼠脑组织ET、CGRP含量和海马Bax、海马SS阳性细胞数.结果 六味银杏胶囊能降低血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织ET含量和海马Bax阳性细胞数,提高CGRP含量和海马SS阳性细胞数,与模型组比较差异有显著性意义.结论 六味银杏胶囊可以调节CGRP与ET二者动态平衡,抑制海马Bax表达,促进海马SS表达,对控制和延缓血管性痴呆发生具有重要作用.

Objective To observe the effect of Liuwei Yinxing Capsules (LYC)on the levels of endothelin(ET)and CGRP, and the expression of hippocampal Bax, hippocampus SS in brain tissue of vascular dementia (VD )rats, and to investigate the therapeutic mechanism of LYC. Methods We established vascular dementia rats models by repeatedly occlusion of common carotid artery and intraperitoneal injection of sodium nitroprusside. The contents of ET and CGRP and the number of cells with positive expression of hippocampus Bax and SS were detected after treatment. Results The cerebral content of ET and the number of cells with positive Bax expression were significantly lower, and CGRP content and the number of SS-positive cells were higher in LYC group than those in the model group. Conclusion LYC can regulate the balance of CGRP and ET, inhibit hippocampal Bax expression and promote the SS expression, playing a great role in controlling the occurrence and delaying the development of VD.
