통과대2008년이래학강시농업궤계화발전정황적조사,전면계통지장악료당전전시농업궤계화발전상황,이급발전중존재적문제,병유침대성지제출료＂오개파해여제승＂적건의,위금후농업궤계화발전결책제공료중요의거。
Through the surrey of the development of agricultural mechanization in Hegang since 2008,the current states of the city＇s development of agricultural mechanization were grasped comprehensively and systematically,and also the problems during the development were pointed out.Finally,five ＇break and upgrade＇ proposals were put forward to provide important basis for agricultural mechamismation development in the future.
