为深入研究网眼罗拉型集聚纺系统中纤维须条在流场作用下的运动规律,建立了集聚区域的计算流体动力学(CFD)模型,并运用Fluent软件对该区域的流场进行数值计算,然后建立了纤维微元在气流场中的动力学模型,利用自编的Matlab程序对其进行求解,最后获得了纤维在集聚区的运动轨迹.研究结果表明不同初始位置的纤维运动轨迹能够反映须条的集聚规律;气流的横向作用力能够使须条在集聚方向上发生集聚;上层纤维较网眼罗拉表面的纤维集聚速度快;y轴向气流力使须条贴伏在网眼罗拉表面.
為深入研究網眼囉拉型集聚紡繫統中纖維鬚條在流場作用下的運動規律,建立瞭集聚區域的計算流體動力學(CFD)模型,併運用Fluent軟件對該區域的流場進行數值計算,然後建立瞭纖維微元在氣流場中的動力學模型,利用自編的Matlab程序對其進行求解,最後穫得瞭纖維在集聚區的運動軌跡.研究結果錶明不同初始位置的纖維運動軌跡能夠反映鬚條的集聚規律;氣流的橫嚮作用力能夠使鬚條在集聚方嚮上髮生集聚;上層纖維較網眼囉拉錶麵的纖維集聚速度快;y軸嚮氣流力使鬚條貼伏在網眼囉拉錶麵.

To study the motion rule of fiber bundle in flow field of compact spinning system with perforated drum, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model was established and resolved by numerical computation using Fluent software. And the dynamic model of the infinitesimal element of a fiber in flow field was established. The dynamic model was solved by utilizing the self-designed Matlab program, and the motion trajectory of the fiber was gained in the flow field. The results indicate that the condensing principle can be reflected by the motion trajectories of fibers with different initial positions. The convergence of fiber bundle in the condensing direction is produced by the transverse air force. The condensing velocity of the fiber on the upper layer is faster than that of those close to the surface of the perforated drum. The force action on the fiber in y direction made the fiber bundle close to the surface of the perforated drum.
