采用逆相蒸发法制备盐酸吉西他滨脂质体,建立盐酸吉西他滨脂质体的含量测定和包封率的HPLC方法.所制备的脂质体外观圆整而均匀,平均包封率为81.2%,平均粒径为187.5nm.

Gemcitabine hydrochloride liposome was prepared through a method of Reverse-phase evaporation, and a HPLC method for the determination of the content and entrapment efficiency of gemcitabine hydrochloride liposome was established. It was showed that the prepared gemcitabine hydrochloride liposome was well-distributed with a spherical shape. The average entrapment efficiency of the liposome was 81.2%, and the average size was 187.5 nm.
