用一维平面波理论分析了超声清洗器内的声场分布特性,用自制的压电水听器和染色法测量了超声清洗槽内的声场分布.结果表明,清洗器内液面水平方向上的声压分布比较均匀,垂直方向上的声压由槽底到液面呈起伏变化,显示了驻波特性,总体上有逐渐减小的趋势,这说明了声波在传播过程中有一定的衰减.实验测量结果和理论分析结果比较一致.
用一維平麵波理論分析瞭超聲清洗器內的聲場分佈特性,用自製的壓電水聽器和染色法測量瞭超聲清洗槽內的聲場分佈.結果錶明,清洗器內液麵水平方嚮上的聲壓分佈比較均勻,垂直方嚮上的聲壓由槽底到液麵呈起伏變化,顯示瞭駐波特性,總體上有逐漸減小的趨勢,這說明瞭聲波在傳播過程中有一定的衰減.實驗測量結果和理論分析結果比較一緻.

The distribution of pressure in the high-power ultrasonic cleaner is analyzed by the theory of one-dimensional plane wave and measured by piezoelectric hydrophone and dyeing method. The results indicate that the sound field distributes uniformly in horizontal direction, while in vertical direction it fluctuates from the tank bottom to the liquid surface and decreases in general. It shows the character of standing wave. This illustrates the propagation process of pressure has certain attenuation. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical calculated results.
