Computer application in the structural mechanics course is now widespread.The development of such application will be in a dominant position in the reform of teaching method of the civil engineering specialty.In addition,the computer-aided instruction is a necessary measure in the future.Therefore,a program of OOSA for the teaching is introduced and the object-oriented design process of program development is proposed.
