目的 探讨生殖道衣原体和支原体感染与胚胎停止发育之间的关系.方法 收集78例胚胎停止发育的自然流产妇女(观察组)和65例正常早孕人工流产妇女(对照组)的宫颈分泌物进行解脲支原体(uu培养)和沙眼衣原体(CT)抗原检测,比较两组妇女支原体、衣原体感染的阳性率.结果 观察组uu阳性34例,阳性率43.59%;CT阳性29例,阳性率37.17%,CT+uu阳性18例,阳性率23.08%.对照组uu阳性7例,阳性率10.97%,CT阳性11例,阳性率16.92%,CT+uu阳性4例,阳性率6.15%,差异明显(P<0.01).结论 妇女生殖道uu和CT感染可能是胚胎停止发育的重要原因之一.

Objective To study the relationship between endocervical Chlamydial Trachomatis and Mycopiasma infections with the spontaneous abortion due to the early embryonic death. Methods Endocervical swabe were taken from seventy-eight women with spontaneous abortion due to embryonic death.(study group) and sixty-five normal pregnant women(normal group). The swabe were used for ureaplasma urealyticum (uu) and Chlamydial Trachomatis (CT)cultivation respectively.The isolation rates of the two groups were comparedf.. Results in the study group,the positive rates were of uu,CT and and uumixed with CT were 43.59% (34/78), 37.17% (29/78) and 16.92%(11/78) separately. In the normal female group, however, the positive rates correspondingly were the uu 10.97%(7/65), the CT16.92%(11/65) and the uu mixed CT 6.15%(4/65).There had significant differences of the positive rate between the two groups (P<0.01).Conclusios The endocervical uu and CT infections could be one of the causes Leading to the early embryonic death.
