考察了超声波、微电解以及其联合作用对制浆造纸废水的处理效果,试验结果表明:微电解法单独处理速率较慢,在pH为4,铁炭质量比为10的条件下,反应120 min,COD_(Cr)的最大去除率仅为60.6%;在相同的处理条件下,超声强化微电解作用对处理制浆造纸废水有明显的协同效应,反应10 min,COD_(Cr)的去除率达90%以上,色度的去除率达97.3%,提高了去除率,缩短了处理时间.

The effects of ultrasonic,micro-electrolysis,and the combination of them on pulpand paper industry wastewater treatment were studied,the experiment results showed:the microelectrolysis removing speed was slow,and its removing rate could merely achieved 60.6% when the pH was 4,iron to carbon ratio 10,and the reaction time 120 min;the ultrasonic enhanced microelectrolysis demonstrated an obvious synergy effects in the same condition,and its removal rate of COD_(Cr) and color were beyond 90% and 97.3% respectively when the reaction time was 10 min,which improve the treatment efficiency greatly and shorten the process time.
