在马铃薯淀粉生产中,水力旋流器是淀粉分离的核心设备,选择评价水力旋流器分离性能最重的指标——分离效率,通过对影响淀粉分离效率的三个因素即底流口直径、进料压力和进料浓度进行正交实验,对实验所得结果拟合成曲线并通过图表示出来。通过对实验结果的分析获知分离马铃薯淀粉的水力旋流器的分离效率随着各参数变化的规律即单因素数学模型,得出在一定条件下的最佳分离状态的各参数值。
在馬鈴藷澱粉生產中,水力鏇流器是澱粉分離的覈心設備,選擇評價水力鏇流器分離性能最重的指標——分離效率,通過對影響澱粉分離效率的三箇因素即底流口直徑、進料壓力和進料濃度進行正交實驗,對實驗所得結果擬閤成麯線併通過圖錶示齣來。通過對實驗結果的分析穫知分離馬鈴藷澱粉的水力鏇流器的分離效率隨著各參數變化的規律即單因素數學模型,得齣在一定條件下的最佳分離狀態的各參數值。

Since hydrocyclone is the core equipment of starch separation in the potato starch production,this paper is to evaluate the separation efficiency which is the most important indicator for the separation performance of hydrocyclone.Through conducting orthogonal experiment on the three factors influencing the starch separation efficiency including diameter of underflow mouth,feeding pressure and concentration,the experimental results are fitted via curve and represented by graph.Based upon the analysis of experimental results,it is concluded that separation efficiency of potato starch hydrocyclone,with the variation of each parameter namely mathematical model of the single factor,draws various parameters of the best separation under certain conditions.
