目的：探讨小医院如何利用特色、发挥优势，开展军事卫生特色科研。方法分析以往科研成效不大的原因，找到开展特色科研的有利因素。采取培养高素质科研人才队伍、调整整合学科、改善科研条件、建立跨领域跨单位技术合作等措施，为开展特色科研提供综合保障。结果开展部队常见多发病、训练伤防治和提高海上卫勤保障力的科研，对寓军于民、军民融合的科研开展做了有益探索。结论只要立足特色、发挥优势、选准方向，开展好科研，小医院也可大有作为。
목적：탐토소의원여하이용특색、발휘우세，개전군사위생특색과연。방법분석이왕과연성효불대적원인，조도개전특색과연적유리인소。채취배양고소질과연인재대오、조정정합학과、개선과연조건、건립과영역과단위기술합작등조시，위개전특색과연제공종합보장。결과개전부대상견다발병、훈련상방치화제고해상위근보장력적과연，대우군우민、군민융합적과연개전주료유익탐색。결론지요립족특색、발휘우세、선준방향，개전호과연，소의원야가대유작위。
Objective To discuss how to take advantage of the characteristic , develop the superiority and carry out scientific research of military hygiene in small hospital .Methods We analyzed the reasons that no obvi-ous effects have been achieved in scientific research .Then the corresponding measures were taken as strengthening the cultivation of high-quality scientific research personnel , adjusting and integrating discipline , advancing scien-tific research conditions and promoting technical cooperation in different areas and units .Results We developed the scientific research in the field of the common diseases and train injuries prevention and treatment in troops , ma-rine medical support .Also integrating military and civilian scientific research model was explored .Conclusions The small hospital is able to develop its ability if we could be based on our characteristic , bring the advantage to play, choose the right direction and carry out scientific research .
