目的 建立测定蝎宝胶囊中阿魏酸含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-1%冰醋酸溶液 (25∶75) 为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长:313 nm.结果 阿魏酸在2.5～25 μg/ml浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 8,加样平均回收率为99.43%,RSD=2.15%(n=6).结论 该法简便,准确,可用于蝎宝胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定.

목적 건립측정갈보효낭중아위산함량적고효액상색보법.방법 채용VP-ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)색보주,이을정-1%빙작산용액 (25∶75) 위류동상,류속위1 ml/min,검측파장:313 nm.결과 아위산재2.5～25 μg/ml농도범위내,봉면적여농도선성관계량호,상관계수r=0.999 8,가양평균회수솔위99.43%,RSD=2.15%(n=6).결론 해법간편,준학,가용우갈보효낭중아위산적함량측정.
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Ferulic acid content in Xiebao capsule.Methods Samples were determined by RP-HPLC on a VP-ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mixture of acetonitrile-1% acetic acid (25:75) as mobile phase at the flow velocity of 1 ml/min and UV detection at 320nm.Results The calibration curves of Ferulic acid was linear from 2.5 to 25μg/ml (r=0.999 8,n=6),the average recovery and RSD were 99.43% and 2.15% (n=6) respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for determination of Ferulic acid content in Xiebao capsule.
