[目的]为提高柳枝稷种子发芽率提供参考.[方法]研究湿润冷冻层化和干热处理2种方法在不同温度的不同处理时间对产于华南的柳枝稷种子发芽率影响的规律,比较2种方法对提高柳枝稷种子发芽率的效果及其之间的优缺点,同时找到这2种方法的最佳处理条件.[结果]不同温度的湿润冷冻层化处理都能大幅提高柳枝稷种子的发芽率,其最佳处理条件是4 ℃处理21 d,发芽率为93.08%;不同温度的干热处理对柳枝稷种子发芽率的影响不同,温度较低(57 ℃及以下)的时侯能很好地提高发芽率,但较高的温度则对种子造成伤害,使发芽势降低,发芽率下降甚至将种子全部杀死,干热处理的最佳条件是57 ℃处理45 d,发芽率为91.12%.[结论]湿润冷冻层化和干热处理均能影响柳枝稷种子的发芽率.

[Objective] The reference for the improvement of switch-grass(Panicum virgatum L.) seed germination was provided through the experiment. [Method] The effect of the treatment of the stratification of wet-chill and dry-heat in the different temperature and time on the switch-grass seed germination was researched. The efficiency of two treatments affecting its germination rate was compared and the best treating condition was selected. [Result] The two treatments could significantly increase the seed germination rate. And the optimal treatment condition was the temperature, 4 ℃ and the time, 3 weeks, under which condition, the rate of its seed germination was 93.08%. The treatment of dry-heat under the condition of different temperatures could make the different effects on the rate of its seed germination. In low temperature(<57 ℃), the treatment could significantly improve the rate of seed germination and in high temperature, the seeds could be harmed, which resulted in the low germination energy and decreased the germination rate, even killed the seed. The optimal condition of dry-heat treatment was the temperature, 57 ℃ and the time, 45 days, in which the rate of seed germination was 91.12%. [Conclusion] The treatment of the stratification of wet-chill and dry-heat could affect the switch-grass seed germination.
