本研究采用尼龙袋法和体外发酵产气法对白酒糟和醋糟的营养成分、代谢能、瘤胃降解率、产气动力学特性进行了比较研究。结果表明,白酒糟粗蛋白质(CP)含量为154.3 3.4 g/kg DM,代谢能(ME)估测值为6.73 0.29 kJ/kg DM,CP瘤胃有效降解率(ED)为0.36 0.02;醋糟的CP含量为50.1 2.0 g/kg DM,ME估测值为5.75 0.03 kJ/kg DM,CP的ED值为0.12 0.01;醋糟的粗脂肪、纤维、钙含量均显著高于白酒糟(P〈0.05),但白酒糟在CP含量,ME值、瘤胃降解率消化率要显著高于醋糟(P〈0.05)。总而言之,白酒糟和醋糟的NDF和ADF瘤胃消化率较高,具有成为过瘤胃蛋白饲料原料的必要条件,是优质的饲料资源;白酒糟的总体营养价值优于醋糟。

The in situ nylon bag technique and in vitro gas production technique were adapted in this research to evaluate and compare dehydrated distillers' grains and dehydrated vinegars lees in nutritive composition,ME,rumen degradation and in situ kinetic degradation parameters.It was found that the CP content of dehydrated distillers' grains was 154.3 3.4 g g/kg DM,its ME value was 6.73 0.29 kJ/kg DM and ED of its CP was 0.36 0.02;the CP content of dehydrated vinegars lees was 50.1 2.0 g/kg DM,its ME value was 5.75 0.03 kJ/kg DM and ED of its CP was 0.12 0.01.Though the content of EE,fiber and calcium in dehydrated vinegars lees were significantly higher than those of dehydrated distillers' grains(P0.05),dehydrated distillers' grains had higher CP content,ME,and ruminal degradability of DM and CP(P0.05).Thus,it is concluded that both of dehydrated distillers' grains and dehydrated vinegars lees have higher NDFD and ADFD than commen feedstuff,are potential post-rumen potein source and dehydrated distillers' grains has a better nutrition evaluation generally than dehydrated vinegars lees.
