对外经济贸易大学作为我国第一所获批设立商务英语专业的高校，近年来在商务英语专业建设方面积累了一些成功经验，其采用的多元化人才培养模式、研修探讨型教学模式、开展暑期学校项目、实行企业导师和复合导师制、多渠道培养复合型师资队伍等经验值得其他高校借鉴。以新疆石河子大学为例，提出人才培养要因地制宜、特色鲜明、服务当地；以培养专业型人才为主，复合型人才为辅；多渠道培养专业背景多元化的复合型师资队伍的建议。

As the first domestic university authorized to set up the department of Business English,university of international business and economics a lot successful experiences in the specialty construction of Business English.And it uses effective measures,such as a diversified mode of talent cultivation,the teaching mode of researches and seminars,carrying out Summer School Project,the implementation of enterprise mentors and composite tutorial system,and cultivation of compound -type teachers in multiple ways,those are valuable experiences to the other universities.Taking Shihezi University as an example to il-lustrate the possible measures in the construction of Business English:Cultivation of talents should suit one’s measures to local conditions and meet the need of local service;to train professional persennel;cultivation of teachers with compound educational background in multi-channel.
