以壳聚糖与钛酸丁酯为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶的方法,合成了壳聚糖/TiO2溶胶,采用交替涂布壳聚糖/TiO2溶胶和纳米TiO2的乙醇溶液于载玻片上,制得了壳聚糖/nano-TiO2/TiO2 sol-gel固相微萃取膜.以6种有机磷农药为分析对象,采用气相色谱法考察了固相微萃取膜的萃取特性.在最优化条件下,有机磷农药的检出限达4.4-41 ng/L,相对标准偏差小于6.5%.该方法用于环境水样中有机磷农药的测定,获得良好的结果.
以殼聚糖與鈦痠丁酯為原料,通過溶膠-凝膠的方法,閤成瞭殼聚糖/TiO2溶膠,採用交替塗佈殼聚糖/TiO2溶膠和納米TiO2的乙醇溶液于載玻片上,製得瞭殼聚糖/nano-TiO2/TiO2 sol-gel固相微萃取膜.以6種有機燐農藥為分析對象,採用氣相色譜法攷察瞭固相微萃取膜的萃取特性.在最優化條件下,有機燐農藥的檢齣限達4.4-41 ng/L,相對標準偏差小于6.5%.該方法用于環境水樣中有機燐農藥的測定,穫得良好的結果.

Chitosan/nano-TiO2/TiO2sol-gel SPME film was prepared by coating TiO2 dispersed in ethanol and chitosan/TiO2 sol which was synthesized by sol-gel method with chitosan and tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) on a piece of glass plate. The extraction properties of the proposed film were evaluated with gas chromatogralphy through six OPPs and the experimental conditions were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the limit of detection of the method was in the range of 4.1-44 ng L-1 for analysis of OPPs from water samples and RSD is less than 6.5%. Good results were obtained when the method was used to monitor residual OPPs in environmental water.
