试验研究了聚乙烯醇改性脲呋喃树脂的配方和制备工艺.结果表明,添加适量的聚乙烯醇改性剂,甲醛和尿素的最佳物质的量配比为3:1,反应温度控制在75~80℃范围和反应时间为60min时,可制得综合性能较好的低游离甲醛高强度的呋喃树脂.并对改性机理进行了初步探讨.
試驗研究瞭聚乙烯醇改性脲呋喃樹脂的配方和製備工藝.結果錶明,添加適量的聚乙烯醇改性劑,甲醛和尿素的最佳物質的量配比為3:1,反應溫度控製在75~80℃範圍和反應時間為60min時,可製得綜閤性能較好的低遊離甲醛高彊度的呋喃樹脂.併對改性機理進行瞭初步探討.

The formula and preparing process of urea formaldehyde resin modified by polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) were investigated. Results show that the good comprehensive performances of urea formaldehyde resin with low-free formaldehyde and high-tensile strength can be obtained under following condition: adding appropriate amount of PVA modifier, the molar ratio of formaldehyde to urea is 3:1, reaction at 75-80 ℃ and 60 min reaction time. The mechanism of the present reaction was also proposed.
