对自密实轻骨料混凝土的原材料选用进行了理论分析,以固定砂石体积法、全计算法为基础,采用正交试验方案设计,通过9组配合比设计,成功配制出sclc20混凝土.通过工作性能及力学强度对结果评定与分析,得出自密实轻骨料混凝土最佳配比为陶粒用量系数为0.533,砂体积系数为0.433,粉煤灰掺量20%.

The raw materials of self-compacting light weight aggregate concrete is analyzed by fixing the volume of sand,overall calculation and using the orthogonal experiment design 9 groups proportioning design is done successfully to achieve the compounds sclc20 concret.By analyzing its working performance and mechanics strength,the optimal proportion is that the ratio of haydite is 0.533;the ratio of sand is 0.433 and the ratio of fly ash is 20%.
