目的 观察退黄胶囊联合妈咪爱对新生儿黄疸的早期预防性疗效,探讨其联合用药的合理性.方法 选择本院顺产出生的新生儿528例,随机分为对照组和观察组(Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组),观察Ⅰ组(176例)单用退黄胶囊进行预防性治疗,观察Ⅱ组(176例)给予退黄胶囊联合妈咪爱进行预防性治疗,对照组(176例)不予干预,比较三组黄疸发生率及持续时间.结果 对照组、观察Ⅰ组和观察Ⅱ组黄疸发生率分别为62.50%,48.29%,24.43%,黄疸持续时间分别为(7.5±2.1)d、(6.5±2.0)d和(5.0±1.8)d.与对照组比较,实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的黄疸发生率、黄疸持续时间差异均有极显著性(P＜0.01),实验Ⅱ组预防作用更显著.结论 退黄胶囊联合妈咪爱能有效降低新生儿黄疸发生率和缩短持续时间,适于临床推广.

Objective To study the early preventive effect of Gan-ning Capsule combined with Medilac-Vita on early neonatal jaundice,and discuss the rationality of the combination.Methods528 cases of natural labor infants were randomly divided into control group and observation groups(Ⅰ group and Ⅱ group),Ⅰ(176 cases)group was treated only with Gan-ning Capsule for prophylactic treatment,while observation group Ⅱ(176 cases)with Gan-ning Capsule combined with Medilac-Vita.The control group(176 cases)didn't intervene.The incidence and duration of jaundice of the three groups were compared.Results The jaundice incidence of control group,observation Ⅰ and Ⅱ group are 62.50%,48.29%and 24.43%respectively.The jaundice duration are(7.5±2.1)d,(6.5±2.0)d and(5.0±1.8)d respectively.Compared with the control group,there are statistical difference on the incidence and duration of jaundice between both observation groups of Ⅰ and Ⅱ.But the preventive effect of experimental group Ⅱ was much more distinctive.Coneltmion Gan-ning Capsule combined with Medilac-Vita can effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal jaundice and shorten the duration,it is suitable for clinical application.
