目的:探讨经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术(URL)治疗输尿管结石的临床效果.方法:采用URL治疗输尿管结石157例.输尿管结石位于上、中、下段者分别为9、31、117例.结果:总碎石成功率为94.27%,其中输尿管上段结石碎石成功率为66.67%,输尿管中段结石为93.55%,输尿管下段结石为96.58%.结论:URL治疗输尿管结石安全有效,损伤小,是治疗输尿管中下段结石的首选方法.
목적:탐토경수뇨관경기압탄도쇄석술(URL)치료수뇨관결석적림상효과.방법:채용URL치료수뇨관결석157례.수뇨관결석위우상、중、하단자분별위9、31、117례.결과:총쇄석성공솔위94.27%,기중수뇨관상단결석쇄석성공솔위66.67%,수뇨관중단결석위93.55%,수뇨관하단결석위96.58%.결론:URL치료수뇨관결석안전유효,손상소,시치료수뇨관중하단결석적수선방법.
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for the treatment of ureteral stones.Method:We retrospectively reviewed our experience with ureterescopic pneumatic lithotripter of 157 patients with ureteral calculi.117 cases with stones located lower urinary tract,31 cases with stones located middle urinary tract and 9 cases with stones upper urinary tract.Result:The single-session success was 94.27%.96.58% in the lower segment,93.55% in the middle segment and 66.67% in the upper segment.Conclusion:Ureterescopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy is safe and effective,especially for patients with midlle or lower ureteral stones.
