Dangguiliuhuang decoction%Ferulic acid%Berberine%Baicalin
目的 对当归六黄汤分煎样品与合煎样品中阿魏酸、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷的含量进行比较,从而为其临床应用提供依据.方法 均采用反相液相色谱法,DIKMA ODS-C_(18)柱(5 μm 4.6 mm×250 mm),以0.085%磷酸-乙腈为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温:35℃,检测波长为326nm测定阿魏酸.以乙腈-0.5%的三乙胺(磷酸调pH=3.00)(27:73)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长为343 nm测定盐酸小檗碱.以甲醇-水-磷酸(55:45:0.2)为流动相,检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),柱温30℃测定黄芩苷.结果 3个指标性成分在分煎样品中平均含量均大于合煎样品中平均含量.结论 从中药复方汤剂中指标性成分的含量考虑,当归六黄汤配方颗粒应用于临床具有一定的可行性.
目的 對噹歸六黃湯分煎樣品與閤煎樣品中阿魏痠、鹽痠小檗堿、黃芩苷的含量進行比較,從而為其臨床應用提供依據.方法 均採用反相液相色譜法,DIKMA ODS-C_(18)柱(5 μm 4.6 mm×250 mm),以0.085%燐痠-乙腈為流動相梯度洗脫,流速為1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱溫:35℃,檢測波長為326nm測定阿魏痠.以乙腈-0.5%的三乙胺(燐痠調pH=3.00)(27:73)為流動相,流速為1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱溫:30℃,檢測波長為343 nm測定鹽痠小檗堿.以甲醇-水-燐痠(55:45:0.2)為流動相,檢測波長為280 nm,流速為1.0ml·min~(-1),柱溫30℃測定黃芩苷.結果 3箇指標性成分在分煎樣品中平均含量均大于閤煎樣品中平均含量.結論 從中藥複方湯劑中指標性成分的含量攷慮,噹歸六黃湯配方顆粒應用于臨床具有一定的可行性.
목적 대당귀륙황탕분전양품여합전양품중아위산、염산소벽감、황금감적함량진행비교,종이위기림상응용제공의거.방법 균채용반상액상색보법,DIKMA ODS-C_(18)주(5 μm 4.6 mm×250 mm),이0.085%린산-을정위류동상제도세탈,류속위1.0 ml·min~(-1),주온:35℃,검측파장위326nm측정아위산.이을정-0.5%적삼을알(린산조pH=3.00)(27:73)위류동상,류속위1.0 ml·min~(-1),주온:30℃,검측파장위343 nm측정염산소벽감.이갑순-수-린산(55:45:0.2)위류동상,검측파장위280 nm,류속위1.0ml·min~(-1),주온30℃측정황금감.결과 3개지표성성분재분전양품중평균함량균대우합전양품중평균함량.결론 종중약복방탕제중지표성성분적함량고필,당귀륙황탕배방과립응용우림상구유일정적가행성.
Objective To compare the contents of ferulic acid、berberine、baicalin in single medicine decoction and mixed medicine decoction of Danguiliuhuang decoction, and to provide a scientific basis of Danguiliuhuangdecoction for clinic. Methods The samples were determined by HPLC. DIKMA ODS-C_(18) column (5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm)was used, the mobile phase consisted of 0.085% phosphoric-acetonitrile with flow rate 1.0ml·min~(-1) , The detection wavelength was set at 326 nm and the column temparature was 35℃ and Ferulic Acid was detected. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water(27:73),which was adjusted to pH3.0 by 0.5% triethylamine solution and phosphofic acid with flow rate 1.0 ml·min~(-1) , the detection wavelength was seted at 343nm ,the column temparature was 30℃and berberine was detected . The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric (55:45:0.2)with flow rate 1.0 ml·min~(-1). The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm,the column temprature was 30℃ and baicalin was detected.Results The contents of ferulic acid 、berberine 、baicalin in single medicine decoction was higher than in mixed medicine decoction.Conclusion It can be used in clinic as a reference.
