为了避免海上风机在安装过程中因为冲击而造成相关精密部件的损坏,设计研发了一种新型的抗冲击隔振器.隔振器以油液缓冲器为主要的抗冲击隔振元件,并按照在满足一定缓冲行程的要求下,冲击过程中风机最大加速度值最低为优化目标进行了节流孔的设计.通过结构设计和强度验算完成了该隔振器的研制.且通过模型仿真与试验测试结果的比较,验证了模型的正确性和隔振器的有效性.

Design of optimal vibration and shock isolator was presented in order to protect the sensitive internal components of offshore wind turbine during the installation. The design is formulated as an optimization problem to minimize the peak acceleration of impact while keeping the maximal deflection of the isolator within a limit. To implement such an isolator physically, a novel bumper was manufactured on the basis of structural design, establishment of mathematic model and dynamic simulation. Besides, an experiment was designed to check the model. The simulation results are very close to the experimental ones, which proves the correctness of the method proposed.
