目的规范院感管理,减少或杜绝专科医院感染的发生,提高医院感染控制工作质量.方法院感办联合护理部每月组织医院感染管理委员会和护理管理委员会成员交叉查房1次.并按照消毒隔离管理制度进行逐项考核评分,发现问题限期整改.把控制医院感染纳入护理管理全过程.结果医护人员自觉执行各项操作规程.医院感染管理形成了制度化,规范化,有效降低医院感染率.结论院感办联合护理部每月组织医院感染管理委员会和护理管理委员会成员交叉查房在预防医院感染中起到十分重要的作用.

Objective To reduce or eliminate the nosocomial infection,and to improve the control quality,via standardizing the management of hospital infection-Method The staff from department of nursing together with the office of hospital infection execute the clinical cross-rounds one time every month,and assess rating according to the supervising system of disinfection and insulation.Defection will be demanded a rectification within certain limit of time.Management of hospital infection were brought into the whole range of nursing care administration.Result The health care personnels can execute each operating instruction consciously.The administration of nosocomial infection becomes institutional,standardized,and nosocomial infection was effectively reduced.Conclusion Clinical cross-rounds by the staff of the above department play an important role in the prevention of the nosocomial infection.
