以Agilent34401A为核心器件设计了沉积物热导率测量仪,实现了对多通道高精度温度和实际加热功率的测量.Agilent34401A的6位半数字万用表分辨率为1/(1.2×106),接近通用ADC的24位分辨率,电阻测量的精度可以达到0.01 Ω,完全满足该系统数据采集的精度要求,为保证测量精度,其远程控制采用RS-232接口和SCPI命令.利用VC6.0编程平台,实现控制指令的发送和温度曲线的显示.

A kind of sediment thermal conductivity measuring instrument which can realize the multi-channel high-precision temperature and actual heating power measurement was designed based on Agilent34401A.The resolving capability of 6 and a half digital multimeter of Agilent34401A is 1/(1.2×106) which is close to that of universal 24-bit ADC,thus the precision of resistance measurement of Agilent34401A can reach 0.01 Ω.Such resistance measurement precision can meet the accuracy requirement for data collection in the instrument completely.Moreover,in order to ensure high-precision data collection,the remote control of Agilent34401A was achieved by using RS-232 and SCPI commands.
