为探讨粉煤灰适宜掺量对混凝土性能的影响,对粉煤灰掺量w(等质量取代水泥)为0,15%,30%的3种工况混凝土进行强度与耐久性试验.试验结果表明,粉煤灰取代量w为15%时,能明显提高混凝土强度,在加强养护的情况下,对混凝土碳化深度影响不大;粉煤灰取代量w为30%时,混凝土强度增长不明显,对混凝土碳化深度影响较大;粉煤灰掺量w由0增加到15%时,混凝土的氯离子含量下降7%~17%;粉煤灰掺量w由0增加到30%时,混凝土的氯离子含量下降15%~30%.综合考虑,粉煤灰掺量w=15%对普通混凝土较为适宜.

To research the effect of suitable amounts of the added fly-ash on the character of concret, the strength and durability experiments of concrete with the proportion of 0, 15% , 30% fly ash are tested. The experiment results show that adding of 15% fly ash can obviously improve the concrete strength, and has less effect on the carbonation of concrete depth under full maintenance, nevertheless, 30% fly ash has lesser improvement on strength, and has greater effect on the carbonation depth of concrete. When fly ash added increases from 0 to 15%, the content of chlorine ion in con- crete is descended about 7%~17%, if fly ash added reaches to 30%, the content of chlorine ion in concrete is descended about 15% ~ 30%. Therefore the concrete with the proportion of 15% fly ash is suitable.
