文章指出了现行热膨胀计算中膨胀系数的局限性,通过理论及实验分析了球体热变形参数与热膨胀系数的关系,提出利用球体热变形参数代替当前用平均热膨胀系数计算材料热变形量,可提高计算精度。

The paper introduces the definition and classification of the coefficient Of material's ther- mal expansion, pointing out the limitations of expansion coefficient in the current calculation of ther- mal expansion. Through theories and experiments, it analyses the relationship between the parameters of sphere's thermal deformation and the coefficient of thermal expansion, proposing the use the parameters of sphere's thermal deformation to calculate material's thermal deformation in place of current calculation of average thermal expansion coefficient in order to improve the accuracy of the calculation.
