本文总结了129名(男82名,女47名)正常小儿的膀胱压力-容积和尿道压力分布的测定结果.发现男女孩残余尿的均数分别为:6.32±3.99ml和5.43±4.83ml.逼尿肌非抑制性收缩的发生率为10.8%.膀胱最大充盈量随年龄、体重而增加,12岁时接近成人.最大尿道压和最大尿道关闭压分别为3.15±0.46KPa(23.62±3.46mmHg)和2.35±0.41KPa(17.62±3.15mmHg),与年龄无关.功能性尿道长度随年龄增大.对膀胱尿道测压的临床意义、测压方法及影响测压的因素等进行了讨论.

Cystometry and urethrometry were carried out in 129 normal children(82 males,47 females).The mean bladder residual volume was 6.32±3.99ml in male and 5.43±4.83ml in female.The incidence of uninhibited detrusor contraction was 10.8%.The pressure of detrusor contraction during voiding was 6.48±1.92KPa (54.34±12.16 mmHg) in male and 5.5±1.55KPa (41.62±10.84mmHg) in female.The maximum bladder volume increased with age and weight until 12 year old.The maximum urethral closure pressure and maximum urethral pressure averaged 2.35±0.41KPa (17.62±3.15 mmHg)and 3.15±0.46KPa (23.62±3.46mmHg) respectively,which had no correlation to age or sex.The functional urethral length increased with age until 13 year old.It is proposed that these values might be referred as normal for Chinese children.The methodology,clinical application and affecting factors on cystometry and urethromerry ware also discussed.
