目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、叶酸(FA)、维生素B_(12)(VitB_(12))变化及临床意义.方法 测定140例急性脑梗死患者及61例健康对照者的血浆Hcy、ET、NO、FA、VitB_(12)含量.结果 急性脑梗死组血浆Hcy[(17.15±4.63)μmol/L]、ET[(32.62±18.76)μmol/L)显著高于对照组[(10.12±2.62)μmol/L、(20.08±13.38)μmol/L](P<0.01);NO[(39.82±7.26)μmol/L]、FA[(7.54±4.01)ng/ml]、VitB_(12)[(247.70±119.85)ng/ml]水平低于对照组[(60.22±6.28)μmol/L、(10.08±3.86)ng/ml、(411.52±194.58)mg/L](P<0.01);高血压脑梗死患者Hcy水平高于单纯脑梗死患者(P<0.01).结论 急性脑梗死患者血浆Hcy、ET浓度升高,NO、FA、VitB_(12)的水平降低,且Hcy水平与ET呈正相关,与NO、FA、VitB_(12)呈负相关.
目的 探討急性腦梗死患者血漿同型半胱氨痠(Hcy)、內皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、葉痠(FA)、維生素B_(12)(VitB_(12))變化及臨床意義.方法 測定140例急性腦梗死患者及61例健康對照者的血漿Hcy、ET、NO、FA、VitB_(12)含量.結果 急性腦梗死組血漿Hcy[(17.15±4.63)μmol/L]、ET[(32.62±18.76)μmol/L)顯著高于對照組[(10.12±2.62)μmol/L、(20.08±13.38)μmol/L](P<0.01);NO[(39.82±7.26)μmol/L]、FA[(7.54±4.01)ng/ml]、VitB_(12)[(247.70±119.85)ng/ml]水平低于對照組[(60.22±6.28)μmol/L、(10.08±3.86)ng/ml、(411.52±194.58)mg/L](P<0.01);高血壓腦梗死患者Hcy水平高于單純腦梗死患者(P<0.01).結論 急性腦梗死患者血漿Hcy、ET濃度升高,NO、FA、VitB_(12)的水平降低,且Hcy水平與ET呈正相關,與NO、FA、VitB_(12)呈負相關.
목적 탐토급성뇌경사환자혈장동형반광안산(Hcy)、내피소(ET)、일양화담(NO)、협산(FA)、유생소B_(12)(VitB_(12))변화급림상의의.방법 측정140례급성뇌경사환자급61례건강대조자적혈장Hcy、ET、NO、FA、VitB_(12)함량.결과 급성뇌경사조혈장Hcy[(17.15±4.63)μmol/L]、ET[(32.62±18.76)μmol/L)현저고우대조조[(10.12±2.62)μmol/L、(20.08±13.38)μmol/L](P<0.01);NO[(39.82±7.26)μmol/L]、FA[(7.54±4.01)ng/ml]、VitB_(12)[(247.70±119.85)ng/ml]수평저우대조조[(60.22±6.28)μmol/L、(10.08±3.86)ng/ml、(411.52±194.58)mg/L](P<0.01);고혈압뇌경사환자Hcy수평고우단순뇌경사환자(P<0.01).결론 급성뇌경사환자혈장Hcy、ET농도승고,NO、FA、VitB_(12)적수평강저,차Hcy수평여ET정정상관,여NO、FA、VitB_(12)정부상관.
Objective To detect the fluctuations of homoeysteine(Hcy),endothelin(ET),mononitrogen monoxide(NO),folic acid(FA) and vitamine Bi2 (VitB_(12)) in the plasma of patients suffered from acute cerebral infarction and to investigate the clinical significance.Methods 140 blood specimens from cerebral infarction patients and 61 specimens from healthy individuals were obtained in this study and a series of items of Hey,ET,NO,FA and VitB_(12) were detected.Results The Hey [(17.15±4.63) μmol/L]and ET [(32.62±18.76) μmol/L]were increased in acute cerebral infarction(ACI) group compared with that in control group[(10.12±2.62) μmol/L,(20.08±13.38) μmol/L respectively]and the difference was significant (P<0.01).The levels of NO [(39.82±7.26) μmol/L],FA [(7.54±4.01) ng/ml]and VitB_(12) [(247.70±119.85) pg/ml]were decreased compared with control group [(60.22±6.28) μmol/L,(10.08±3.86) ng/ml,(411.52±194.58) pg/ml respectively]and the differences significant (P<0.01).Gender and hypertension affected the values of Hey.Conclusions Hcy and ET were increased while NO,FA and VitB_(12) were decreased in acute cerebral infarction.Hcy had positive correlation with ET and negative correlation with FA and VitB_(12).
