对悬液法与载体法检测TD清洗消毒剂(主要成分为氯化磷酸三钠)破坏HBsAg的效果进行比较。结果,在20℃,对悬液中HBsAg,仅需含有效氯400 mg/L的该消毒剂溶液作用2 min,或含有效氯300mg/L者作用3 min,即可将HBsAg抗原性破坏;对不锈钢表面HBsAg,需含有效氯1000 mg/L该液作用10 min,或含有效氯500 mg/L者作用15 min才可。说明破坏不锈钢表面HBsAg抗原性较悬液中者难。
對懸液法與載體法檢測TD清洗消毒劑(主要成分為氯化燐痠三鈉)破壞HBsAg的效果進行比較。結果,在20℃,對懸液中HBsAg,僅需含有效氯400 mg/L的該消毒劑溶液作用2 min,或含有效氯300mg/L者作用3 min,即可將HBsAg抗原性破壞;對不鏽鋼錶麵HBsAg,需含有效氯1000 mg/L該液作用10 min,或含有效氯500 mg/L者作用15 min纔可。說明破壞不鏽鋼錶麵HBsAg抗原性較懸液中者難。
대현액법여재체법검측TD청세소독제(주요성분위록화린산삼납)파배HBsAg적효과진행비교。결과,재20℃,대현액중HBsAg,부수함유효록400 mg/L적해소독제용액작용2 min,혹함유효록300mg/L자작용3 min,즉가장HBsAg항원성파배;대불수강표면HBsAg,수함유효록1000 mg/L해액작용10 min,혹함유효록500 mg/L자작용15 min재가。설명파배불수강표면HBsAg항원성교현액중자난。
Suspension method and carrier method for examination of efficacy of TD disinfectingdetergent (the main ingredient was chlorinated trisodium phosphate) in destroying HBsAgwere compared. The results showed that at 20℃, the solution of this disinfectant containing available chlorine 400 mg/L with a 2 mmin contact time or the solution containing availablechlorine 300 mg/L with a 3 min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg insuspension, while the solution containing available chlorine 1000 mg/L with a 10 min contact time or the solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/ L with a 15 min contact timewas required for destroying HBsAg on stainless steel surface, indicating that it was more difficult to destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on stainless steel surface than that in suspension.
