    After studying tiltmeter of clinometer at earthquake and strainshaking at rupture of rock we put forward that rock crack or small earthquake possibly causes tilt - shaking. This shaking is possibly an effective forewarning of strong event. At the same time it must carefully study how to distinguish from disturbance and forewarning.
