目的：观察丹参注射液对实验性输卵管炎性阻塞家兔红细胞膜脂流动性的影响。方法：制备输卵管炎性阻塞的家兔模型，iv给予丹参注射液1.5 g/kg，3 g/kg，1次/d，连续(43.3±4.89)d，测试对红细胞膜脂流动性的影响。结果：丹参注射液组与模型对照比较可使输卵管炎性阻塞家兔红细胞膜脂的荧光偏振度减小，使红细胞膜脂区微粘度明显降低。结论：丹参注射液对炎症时的兔红细胞膜有明显的保护作用。
目的：觀察丹參註射液對實驗性輸卵管炎性阻塞傢兔紅細胞膜脂流動性的影響。方法：製備輸卵管炎性阻塞的傢兔模型，iv給予丹參註射液1.5 g/kg，3 g/kg，1次/d，連續(43.3±4.89)d，測試對紅細胞膜脂流動性的影響。結果：丹參註射液組與模型對照比較可使輸卵管炎性阻塞傢兔紅細胞膜脂的熒光偏振度減小，使紅細胞膜脂區微粘度明顯降低。結論：丹參註射液對炎癥時的兔紅細胞膜有明顯的保護作用。
목적：관찰단삼주사액대실험성수란관염성조새가토홍세포막지류동성적영향。방법：제비수란관염성조새적가토모형，iv급여단삼주사액1.5 g/kg，3 g/kg，1차/d，련속(43.3±4.89)d，측시대홍세포막지류동성적영향。결과：단삼주사액조여모형대조비교가사수란관염성조새가토홍세포막지적형광편진도감소，사홍세포막지구미점도명현강저。결론：단삼주사액대염증시적토홍세포막유명현적보호작용。
Objective:To observe the effect of Danshen injection on lipid fluidity of erythrocyte membrane in the rabbits of fallopian tubal inflammatory obstruction.Methods:To prepare models of fallopian tubal inflammatory obstruction in rabbits.Danshen injection was iv at the dose of 1.5 g/kg and 3 g/kg one time a day and continued (43.30±4.89)d,then the influence of Danshen injection on lipid fluidity of erythrocyte membrane measured.Results:The groups of Danshen injection could reduce the fluorescence polarization of erythrocyte membrane in the rabbits of fallopian tubal inflammatory obstruction and significantly decrease the lipid microviscosity of erythrocyte membrane comparing to the group of model contrast.Conclusion:Danshen injection could protect the erythrocyte membrane of rabbits in inflammation.
