变极性脉冲熔化极氩弧(MIG)焊在其变换电弧极性时电弧是再引燃的物理过程,需要叠加双向高压脉冲以保证电弧可靠再引燃.研究了逆变弧焊电源的逆变结构及二次功率逆变电路的控制模式,设计了叠加双向高压稳弧脉冲的电力电路及其控制模式.试验表明,采用设计的变极性控制系统及双向高压稳弧脉冲叠加控制系统焊接铝合金时,系统运行稳定,完全达到了焊接可靠再引燃电弧的需要.
變極性脈遲鎔化極氬弧(MIG)銲在其變換電弧極性時電弧是再引燃的物理過程,需要疊加雙嚮高壓脈遲以保證電弧可靠再引燃.研究瞭逆變弧銲電源的逆變結構及二次功率逆變電路的控製模式,設計瞭疊加雙嚮高壓穩弧脈遲的電力電路及其控製模式.試驗錶明,採用設計的變極性控製繫統及雙嚮高壓穩弧脈遲疊加控製繫統銲接鋁閤金時,繫統運行穩定,完全達到瞭銲接可靠再引燃電弧的需要.

Variable polarity pulse metal inert gas (MIG) welding is designed to make the arc reignition process being stabile when varying arc polarity.The reiterative dual and high voltage pulse is used to guarantee the arc reignition credibility.The structure of inverter arc welding power supply and the control mode of secondary inversion circuit are researched.The power circuit and control mode of reiterative dual and high voltage stabilization arc pulse are also designed.The experimental results show that the steady welding procedure can be obtained with the reiterative dual and high voltage pulse control mode and the reignition arc is stabilized when welding aluminum alloy.
