目的选取我科2011年1月至12月间行连续血液净化治疗的重症脓毒血症患者共56例行临床研究,探讨细节护理的临床效果.方法将患者随机分为研究组和对照组各28例,对照组患者采用常规护理方法对患者进行临床护理;研究组患者针对于连续性血液净化实施细节护理.结果研究组患者病死率、ICU住院超出14 d患者比例明显低于对照组,ICU住院平均时间明显短于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P＜0.05).研究组患者满意度和平均分值明显高于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论连续性血液净化治疗重症脓毒血症的临床细节护理可大大改善患者的不良病情、提高康复速度、减少病死率,同时提高患者满意度.

Objective To select routine clinical study of 56 patients with severe sepsis line continuous blood purification treatment in our department between January 2011 to December and to discuss clinical effect of the details nursing.Methods The patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,28 cases in the control group were treated with routine care ; the study group received implementation details care aimed at continuous blood purification.Results The mortality rate of the study group,ICU hospitalization beyond 14 days the proportion of patients were significantly lower than those in the control group,the ICU the average hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group,data were statistically significant differences ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Clinical details care for the treatment of severe sepsis with continuous blood purification can greatly improve the bad condition of the patients,speed healing,reduce mortality and improve patients’ satisfaction
