本文着眼于生产需求,以螺旋藻粉+虾片+日配饵料0号为Z1~M3的基础饵料,在对虾幼体发育的不同期别,搭配以不同比例的轮虫、卤虫无节幼体、卤虫成体和卤虫成体碎片进行育苗并加以大面积生产试验验证.结果在总水体888m3的育苗池中,共培育出P7期以上的虾苗8852万尾,单位水体出苗量为9.97万尾/m3,N~P7~10期的存活率最高达70.4%,平均为63.3%.文中还就如何提高对虾育苗存活率和降低饵料成本的问题进行了讨论.

This paper reports the results of the different diet collocation experiments and commercial production of artificial rearing Peneaus japonicus seedlings based on the productive need.The use of feed collocations is that spiral agla powder, shrimp flake and Nippai 0# are fundamental diet for zoea 1~mysis 3 and that rotatoria & nauplius,adult and its gruel of artemia are put with different percentage at different stages through zoea 1 ~P7~10. The results are as following:There are 8.852 × 107 P7~10 individuals produced in hatching ponds of totalling 888m3, the average per unit yield reaches 9.97 × 104 ind/m3, the maximal survival rate through nouplii stage to P7~10 is 70.4%, the average one is 63.3%. How to enhance the survival rates of artificial rearing seedlings of P. japonicus and to reduce its diet cost are discussed.
