目的 观察应用高压氧(HBO)联合低分子右旋糖酐及低克力得综合治疗一氧化碳中毒(COP)迟发脑病的临床疗效.方法 将101例COP迟发脑病患者随机分为2组.治疗组66例,行HBO加低分子右旋糖酐及低克力得治疗;对照组35例,行HBO加常规内科治疗.结果 治疗组痊愈36例,好转27例,无效3例,总有效率为95.5%;对照组痊愈7例,好转18例,无效10例,总有效率为71.4%.治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 HBO加低分子右旋糖酐及低克力得能有效治疗COP迟发性脑病.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the combined use of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO),low molecular weight dextran and ticlid in treating delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning(CMP).Methods 101 cases of delayed encephalopathy caused by CMP were randomly divided into the Treatment Group of 66 cases treated with HBO,low molecular weight dextran and ticlid and the Contrast Group of 36 cases treated with HBO and routine therapy.Results In the Treatment Group,36 cases recovered,27 cases got improved and 3 cases failed in treatments with the total effective rate being 95.5%,while in the Contrast Group,7 cases recovered,18 cases got improved and 10 cases failed in treatments with the total effective rate being 71.4%(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined use of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO),low molecular weight dextran and ticlid in treating delayed encephalopathy caused by carbon monoxide poisoning(CMP) can produce good curative effects.
