设计了一种基于三角原理的精密柔性定位机构,机构由压电叠堆作为驱动元件,经由柔顺机构输出缩小的位移.进行了理论计算和有限元分析并在样机上进行了静态特性的实验,结果表明该柔顺机构可以实现预期的运动.

A precision micro-displacement mechanism for motion position was designed. The mechanism is driven by piezoelectric multilayer actuators, and output displacement is reduced by the flexure hinges. The principle of mechanism design was carried on. The structure of flexure hinges was designed and the theory analysis and FEA (finite element analysis) was done. The prototype of mechanism was manufactured and the static characteristics were tested. It showed that that the compliant mechanism works the same way as expected.
