以碳酸钡、碳酸钙和氧化铝为原料,设计配方在不同温度下煅烧,制备了铝酸钡-钙复相水泥.运用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段,对铝酸钡与铝酸钙在不同温度下的固溶过程及相转变进行了分析.结果表明:在升温过程中,首先形成大量的铝酸钡,随着温度升高,铝酸钙含量增多.同时,还出现了少量七铝酸十二钙、铝酸二钙和铝酸三钙.铝酸钡呈柱状,铝酸钡-钙固溶相主要由板状六角形或钝圆状小晶体堆积而成.
以碳痠鋇、碳痠鈣和氧化鋁為原料,設計配方在不同溫度下煅燒,製備瞭鋁痠鋇-鈣複相水泥.運用X射線粉末衍射(XRD)和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)等手段,對鋁痠鋇與鋁痠鈣在不同溫度下的固溶過程及相轉變進行瞭分析.結果錶明:在升溫過程中,首先形成大量的鋁痠鋇,隨著溫度升高,鋁痠鈣含量增多.同時,還齣現瞭少量七鋁痠十二鈣、鋁痠二鈣和鋁痠三鈣.鋁痠鋇呈柱狀,鋁痠鋇-鈣固溶相主要由闆狀六角形或鈍圓狀小晶體堆積而成.

The aluminate cement clinker was successfully synthesized from starting materials of barium carbonate, alumina and calcium carbonate by designing mineral phase composition sintered at different temperatures. The formation mechanism of cement clinker was investigated by XRD and SEM. The results show that BaAl_2O_4 is mainly formed at relatively low temperatures, and then CaAl_2O_4 obviously increases with the increase of temperature in forming solid solution of BaAl_2O_4 and CaAl_2O_4. In addition, there exists a small amount of Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33), CaAl_2O_4 and Ca_3Al_2O_6. in cement clinker. BaAl_2O_4 is mostly present in the shape of puncheon, and solid solution of BaAl_2O_4 and CaAl_2O_4 is developed into hexagon and round crystals.
