以线材SWRH82B为研究对象,采用GLEEBLI-2000热模拟试验机对金属翅性变形抗力进行实验研究.通过实测数据,分析了不同变形温度、变形速率和变形程度与变形抗力的关系,确定了金属塑性变形抗力的数学模型.结果表明,变形抗力随温度的升高而降低,当变形程度超过发生动态再结晶的临界应变量ε时,变形抗力下降趋于平稳.变形速率越快,变形抗力越低.

The deformation resistance of SWRH82B steel was carried out using Gleeble-2000 thermal simulator. The relationship between deformation parameters (deformation temperature, strain rate, strain degree) and deformation resistance was analyzed. The mathematical model of the deformation resistance was established. The results show that the deformation resistance increases with the increase of temperature, decreases when strain degree is over ε and then tends to be stable. The faster the strain rate, the lower the deformation resistance.
