Royal Palm%dimethoate%residue analysis%degradation
采用气相色谱法测定分析了乐果在大王椰子中的残留和消解动态,结果表明,乐果施于大王椰子根部,容易被吸收,施药1 d后就有吸收,5 d后达到最大值,半衰期2.21 d,14 d后残留显著降低,21 d后消解到≤0.0060 mg/kg.施药1 d后到10 d大王椰子中的乐果残留可有效防治椰心叶甲.

The dynamic and residues of dimethoate in royal palm were determined by GC.The results showed that dimethoate was absorbed easily,the residue of dimethoate was detected in the root of Royal Palm at 24 h after sprayed,the maximal concentrations of dimethoate was detected after 5 days.The residue degradation equations dimethoate in Royal Palm was C_t=2.0813e~(-0.3130t),and the half lives was 2.1d.The residue of dimethoate in Royal palm Was under the level of detection (≤0.0060 mg/kg)after 21 d.The residues of dimethoate in Royal Palm could controlled Brontispa longissima(Gestro)effectively in 10 days after sprayed.
