自制了大孔球形纤维素基阴离子交换树脂(PSC-AN),并利用化学转化法成功制备了大孔球形纤维素基磁性阴离子交换树脂(PSC-MAN).对影响树脂质量磁化率的几个主要因素进行了探讨,实验确定最佳制备条件为:铁盐的配比为1:10,EDTA的浓度为0.005 mol/L.对树脂的结构和性能进行了研究,表明化学转化法制备大孔球形纤维素基阴离子交换树脂(PSC-MAN)磁性强,在碱液中相当稳定,树脂磁化前后交换容量分别为Q_前=1.33 meq/g、Q_后=1.16 meq/g,即树脂基的交换容量基本不受磁化过程的影响.
自製瞭大孔毬形纖維素基陰離子交換樹脂(PSC-AN),併利用化學轉化法成功製備瞭大孔毬形纖維素基磁性陰離子交換樹脂(PSC-MAN).對影響樹脂質量磁化率的幾箇主要因素進行瞭探討,實驗確定最佳製備條件為:鐵鹽的配比為1:10,EDTA的濃度為0.005 mol/L.對樹脂的結構和性能進行瞭研究,錶明化學轉化法製備大孔毬形纖維素基陰離子交換樹脂(PSC-MAN)磁性彊,在堿液中相噹穩定,樹脂磁化前後交換容量分彆為Q_前=1.33 meq/g、Q_後=1.16 meq/g,即樹脂基的交換容量基本不受磁化過程的影響.

The spherical cellulose-based magnetic anion exchange resin was successfully prepared with chemical transformation. The main factors affecting magnetic susceptibility of the spherical cellulose-based magnetic anion exchange resin were studied and the optimum conditions were established. The structure and properties of magnetic resin were also tested. It indicated that the spherical cellulose-based magnetic anion exchange resin prepared with chemical transformation possessed high magnetic strength and was very stable in basic medium, and its exchange capacity kept unchanged during its magnetizing process.
