本研究采用修订的教师职业压力问卷和学校组织气氛问卷，选取247名高中教师进行调查，分析高中教师职业压力与学校组织气氛的现状，探讨高中教师职业压力与学校组织气氛的关系，结果表明：高中教师职业压力是普遍存在的，学校组织气氛的总体状况良好；学校组织气氛对高中教师职业压力具有显著的负向预测效应，其中人际气氛对高中教师职业压力具有最显著的预测效应。
本研究採用脩訂的教師職業壓力問捲和學校組織氣氛問捲，選取247名高中教師進行調查，分析高中教師職業壓力與學校組織氣氛的現狀，探討高中教師職業壓力與學校組織氣氛的關繫，結果錶明：高中教師職業壓力是普遍存在的，學校組織氣氛的總體狀況良好；學校組織氣氛對高中教師職業壓力具有顯著的負嚮預測效應，其中人際氣氛對高中教師職業壓力具有最顯著的預測效應。
본연구채용수정적교사직업압력문권화학교조직기분문권，선취247명고중교사진행조사，분석고중교사직업압력여학교조직기분적현상，탐토고중교사직업압력여학교조직기분적관계，결과표명：고중교사직업압력시보편존재적，학교조직기분적총체상황량호；학교조직기분대고중교사직업압력구유현저적부향예측효응，기중인제기분대고중교사직업압력구유최현저적예측효응。
This study investigated 247 senior school teachers by means of the revised senior school teacher＇s occupational stress questionnaire school organization atmosphere, analyzed the current status of the senior school teacher＇s occupational stress and school organization atmosphere, and explored the relationship between them. The results showed that senior school teachers suffered from occupational stress universally; the school organization atmosphere was good; school organization atmosphere had significant negative predictive effects on occupational stress, while school interpersonal atmosphere had the most significant predictive effect on teacher occupational stress.
