考察全水发泡中几种主要因素如聚合物多元醇的用量、异氰酸根指数以及复合催化剂的比例对泡沫性能的影响.实验结果发现:随聚合物多元醇POP3628加入量的增大,泡沫的硬度和回弹性显著提高;随异氰酸根指数的增大,泡沫的硬度和回弹性有所提高.当异氰酸根指数等于1.05时,泡沫的硬度和回弹性最好,继续增大则硬度和回弹性呈下降趋势.当A1为0.2份,A33为0.3份,二月桂酸二丁基锡为0.2份时,所得泡孔结构最佳.

고찰전수발포중궤충주요인소여취합물다원순적용량、이청산근지수이급복합최화제적비례대포말성능적영향.실험결과발현:수취합물다원순POP3628가입량적증대,포말적경도화회탄성현저제고;수이청산근지수적증대,포말적경도화회탄성유소제고.당이청산근지수등우1.05시,포말적경도화회탄성최호,계속증대칙경도화회탄성정하강추세.당A1위0.2빈,A33위0.3빈,이월계산이정기석위0.2빈시,소득포공결구최가.
The effects of technology parameters,including the amount of polymer polyol,isocyanate index as well as the proportions of compound catalyzer on the properties of polyurethane foam were discussed.The results indicated that the compressive strength and rebound resilience of PU foam were significantly improved with the amount of polymer polyol POP3628 increasing.The compressive strength and rebound resilience were also improved with the increase of isocyanate index,and achieved the best when the isocyanate index was 1.05,then presented downtrend basically.When A1 was 0.2 phr,A33 was 0.3 phr,dibutyltin dilaurate was 0.2 phr,and the hole structure of PU foam was the best.
