南通作为长三角北翼重要城市,其房地产业发展方式总体上仍然属于粗放式,具体表现为仍较多地沿袭传统的粗放式、耗能型的生产方式,产业发展动力单一,产业内部结构发展不均衡等,因此造成了震荡波幅较大、资源紧张加剧、房价上涨过快、产业形象欠佳、发展空间收窄等问题。今后应通过相关各方及时转变理念、大力推进住宅工业化等促进房地产业发展转型,从而保持房地产市场的健康发展。

Nantong is the major city in the north wing of Yangtze River Delta and its development mode of real estate industry is still extensive in general,which follows the traditional extensive,energy-based mode of production,single power energy,the unbalanced inner structure etc.Therefore,the concussion has large fluctuation,resources are tense,housing prices are soaring,industry image is poor and development space is narrow.We should change the concept,actively support housing industrialization to promote the changes of development mode of the real estate industry,so as to maintain the healthy development of the real estate market.
