神经肽P物质(SP)是神经内分泌免疫网络中的重要一员,广泛分布于中枢和周围神经系统及组织器官.SP主要通过与细胞表面的相应神经激肽受体(NKR)结合介导其生物学活性,其中SP与NKR-1结合的亲和力最高,NKR-1广泛分布于各种免疫细胞,SP以神经内分泌的方式作用于各种免疫细胞,参与免疫调节.SP既可影响非特异性免疫,也可影响特异性免疫反应.

Substance P (SP) is an important member in the neuro-endocrine-immunoregulatory network,as it is widely distributed in the central and peripheral nervous systems and also in some other tissues and organs.The biological activity of SP is mediated through neurokinin receptor (NKR) expressed on cell surface.Among these receptors,NKR-1 shows the highest affinity to SP.NKR-1 is widely distributed on all immune cells,and mediates immune regulation.SP affects both specific and non-specific immunity.
