伴随我国高等教育大众化的进程,大学生就业问题日益加剧.为了适应高等医学教育的发展,医学教育工作者积极探讨医学生职业规划教育的新模式.本文结合皖南医学院的实践,探讨开展医学生职业规划教育的工作思路,实施《医学生职业生涯规划手册》活动的方法步骤,努力提高医学生就业竞争力,培养适应社会需要的高素质医学人才.

With the popularization of higher education in China,it is increasingly difficult for college graduates to find jobs.In order to adapt to the development of higher medical education in the new situation,the educators in medical colleges are exploring actively the new models of medical students' occupation planning education.This paper will probe into the methods of medical students' occupation planning education according to the reality of the college,the procedures for implementing “Medical Students' Occupation Career Planning Guides”,and hence,with a positive innovation,improve the students' employment competitiveness,and train high-quality medical talents to meet the social demanding.
