攀钢密地选矿厂目前每年排放600万t左右尾矿,品位13.5%~ 15%。为加强对尾矿资源的综合利用,提高从尾矿回收的铁精矿品位和回收率,选矿厂进行了尾矿再磨再选的可行性研究,提出了盘式磁选—球磨—磁选—脱泥—磁选的优化流程。

Panzhihua Steel's Midi Concentrator discharges 6 million ton tailings that contain 13.5%~ 15% TFe per annum.To strengthen the comprehensive utilization of the tailings resource and improve the grade and recovery of the iron concentrate recovered from the tailings,a feasibility research of the tailings regrinding and reconcentration was conducted at the concentrator.As a result,an optimized flowsheet of disc type magnetic separation-ball mill grinding-magnetic separation-desliming-magnetic separation was recommended.
